Most Own Goals by Everton Players
Premier League Only - 2 or More Own Goals

Only five opposition players have scored 2 own goals in total in Everton Premier League games. They are:
Shay Given (Stoke at Goodison in 2016 and Newcastle away in October 2007),
Bernd Leno (Arsenal away in April 2021 and Fulham away in February 2026),
Ben Mee (Burnley, both at Goodison in May 2019 and April 2017),
Ryan Shawcross (Stoke, both away in February 2017 and December 2012),
Craig Dawson (Wolves, both in the same game at Goodison in December 2024).

And only two players have managed to score an own goal both for and against Everton in the Premier League!
Don Hutchison was the first. He scored for us as a West Ham player at Goodison in September 2001
and for Sheff Wed as an Everton player also at Goodison in April 1998!

Lucas Digne scored 3 Prem own goals as an Everton player between 2019 and 2021!
He then managed one as an Aston Villa player at Villa Park in August 2022.

Listed below are all the Everton players who have scored 2 or more Premier League own goals whilst at the club,
together with links to individual competitions - and a link to those unlucky players who
have netted at both ends of the pitch in the same Everton game!
