The normal Football League was suspended at the end of the 1914/15 season due to World War I. It was replaced with regional leagues - and in 1916/17 Everton played in the Lancashire Section Principal Tournament until March 24th 1917 and the Lancashire Section Subsidiary Tournament (Group B) after that. Match, appearance and goal statistics are not counted in any official records. |
